              CAMPGROUND RULES AT WHITEWOOD RV PARK

  

1. Speed Limits, Roads & Vehicle Safety

  • The      maximum speed throughout Whitewood RV Park is 15 km/h. 
  • Whitewood      RV Park operates on a one-way road system where posted. 
  • Pedestrians,      children, cyclists, and golf carts have the right-of-way. 
  • Vehicles      shall only be driven on designated roads and parking areas. 
  • Driving      through vacant RV Sites, playgrounds, common areas, or grassed areas is      prohibited. 
  • Reckless      driving, racing, burnouts, excessive speed, or unnecessary engine revving      is prohibited. 
  • All      vehicles must be legally registered and insured where required by law. 
  • Inoperable      or unsafe vehicles are not permitted without Management approval. 
  • Emergency      vehicles must have unobstructed access at all times. 
  • Major      vehicle repairs are not permitted within the campground. 
  • Vehicle      washing is only permitted with Management approval. 

  

2. Parking, Vehicles & Storage

  • A      maximum of two registered vehicles are permitted on each RV Site      unless otherwise approved by Management. 
  • Visitor      vehicles shall park only in designated visitor parking areas unless      otherwise approved. 
  • RV      Sites are intended for recreational camping and shall not be used as      storage areas. 
  • Boats,      utility trailers, cargo trailers, flat deck trailers, car haulers,      snowmobile trailers, and similar equipment are not permitted on RV Sites      unless specifically authorized by Management. 
  • Where      available, such equipment may only be stored in an area designated by      Management. 
  • RVs      must remain at least 3 feet from utility pedestals and 2 feet     from site boundaries unless otherwise approved. 
  • All      RVs shall be maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition. 

  

3. Golf Carts & Recreational Vehicles

  • Golf      carts must be operated safely and courteously at all times. 
  • Children      under the age of 14 shall not operate a golf cart unless accompanied by a      responsible adult who is at least 18 years of age. 
  • Golf      carts shall not exceed the campground speed limit of 15 km/h. 
  • Golf      carts shall only be operated on campground roads. 
  • Golf      carts shall not be driven through vacant sites, playgrounds, or common      green spaces. 
  • Golf      carts shall not carry more passengers than designed by the manufacturer. 
  • Golf      carts shall not be operated by any person who is impaired by alcohol,      cannabis, drugs, or any other substance that may affect their ability to      operate the vehicle safely. 
  • ATVs,      UTVs, dirt bikes, minibikes, and similar off-road vehicles are prohibited      unless specifically authorized by Management. 

  

4. RV Sites & Site Appearance

  • Keep      your RV Site clean, neat, and well maintained. 
  • Do      not accumulate garbage, debris, scrap materials, or unused equipment. 
  • Site      improvements must comply with the Whitewood RV Park Site Standards. 
  • Tarps,      temporary shelters, sheds, gazebos, decks, gardens, landscaping, fences,      and other improvements require approval where applicable. 
  • Firewood      shall be stored neatly. 
  • Clotheslines      are permitted only where approved by Management. 
  • "For      Sale" signs are not permitted on RV Sites without Management      approval. 
  • Commercial      activity is prohibited unless authorized by Management. 

  

5. Visitors & Guests

  • Licensees      are responsible for the conduct of their guests. 
  • Overnight      guests must be registered with Management and applicable guest fees paid. 
  • Visitors      must comply with all campground rules. 
  • Visitors      must leave the campground by 10:45 PM unless approved for an      overnight stay. 
  • Guests      who fail to comply with campground rules may be required to leave. 

  

6. Quiet Enjoyment

  • Quiet      hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. 
  • Please      respect your neighbours at all times. 
  • Loud      music, excessive noise, profanity, or disruptive behaviour is not      permitted. 
  • Parties      that disturb neighbouring campers are prohibited. 
  • Generators      may only be used with Management approval. 

  

7. Campfires & Fire Safety

  • Fires      are permitted only in approved fire pits. 
  • Fires      shall never be left unattended. 
  • Fire      pits shall not be moved without Management approval. 
  • Fire      bans and fire restrictions must be followed immediately. 
  • Burning      garbage is prohibited. 
  • Fireworks      are prohibited unless authorized by Management. 
  • Community      fire pits shall be kept clean after use. 

  

8. Water, Sewer & Utilities

  • Water      is provided for normal residential camping use. 
  • Water      restrictions issued by Management must be followed. 
  • Gardens,      pools, and other non-essential water use are only permitted in accordance      with current Operational Policies. 
  • Grey      water shall never be discharged onto the ground. 
  • Sewer      connections must remain leak-free. 
  • Unauthorized      modifications to campground utilities are prohibited. 
  • Report      utility problems immediately. 

  

9. Pets

  • Pets      are welcome but must always remain under their owner's control. 
  • Pets      shall be kept on a leash except within designated off-leash areas. 
  • Owners      must clean up after their pets immediately. 
  • Excessive      barking or aggressive behaviour is not permitted. 
  • Management      may require removal of any animal creating ongoing issues. 
  • Pets      are not permitted to disturb neighbouring campers. 

  

10. Children

  • Parents      and guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of      their children. 
  • Children      shall be supervised while using campground facilities. 
  • Children      shall not play on campground roads. 
  • Children      shall respect neighbouring RV Sites and shall not enter another campsite      without permission. 
  • Please      help children respect campground property and other campers. 

  

11. Common Areas & Amenities

  • Please      leave all common facilities cleaner than you found them. 
  • Report      maintenance concerns promptly. 
  • Dispose      of garbage in designated containers. 
  • Respect      campground equipment and facilities. 
  • The      Chicken Coop, playground, washrooms, laundry facilities, and other common      areas are shared amenities intended for everyone's enjoyment. 

  

12. Environment

  • Please      help keep Whitewood RV Park clean. 
  • Recycle      whenever possible. 
  • Grass      clippings, yard waste, and ashes shall be disposed of in designated areas.      
  • Do      not dump chemicals, fuel, oil, or wastewater onto the ground. 
  • Do      not cut or damage trees or vegetation without Management approval. 
  • Respect      wildlife and do not feed wild animals. 

  

13. Respectful Conduct

Whitewood RV Park is committed to maintaining a respectful campground community.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

  • Harassment      
  • Intimidation      
  • Threatening      behaviour 
  • Violence      
  • Discrimination      
  • Vandalism      
  • Illegal      activity 
  • Public      intoxication 
  • Excessive      profanity 
  • Conduct      that interferes with another camper's peaceful enjoyment 

Please treat fellow campers, guests, visitors, staff, and contractors with courtesy and respect.

  

14. Emergencies

  • Report      emergencies immediately. 
  • Follow      all directions issued by Management or emergency responders. 
  • Report      fires, utility leaks, damaged infrastructure, fallen trees, or other      hazards immediately. 
  • Fire      bans, evacuation orders, and emergency restrictions must be followed      without delay.

  

15. Deliveries

  • Deliveries      shall be made to the campground office unless otherwise directed by      Management. 
  • Licensees      are responsible for arranging the collection of deliveries in a timely      manner. 
  • Whitewood      RV Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged      deliveries. 

  

16. Gate Access & Security

  • Gate      codes are assigned to registered Licensees only. 
  • Gate      codes shall not be shared with non-registered campers or visitors. 
  • Licensees      are responsible for the actions of anyone using their gate code. 
  • Do not      prop gates open or interfere with security systems. 
  • Report      suspicious activity to Management immediately. 

  

17. Pump-Out Service

  • Pump-out      services shall only be performed by Management or an approved service      provider. 
  • Licensees      are responsible for ensuring their sewer connection is accessible on      scheduled pump-out days. 
  • Additional      pump-outs may be available for a fee in accordance with the current Fee      Schedule. 
  • Tampering      with campground sewer infrastructure is prohibited. 

  

18. Community Garden

  • Community      garden plots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to      availability. 
  • Garden      plots must be maintained in a clean and weed-free condition. 
  • Watering      must comply with current Operational Policies. 
  • Unmaintained      plots may be reassigned by Management. 

  

19. Ponds & Natural Areas

  • Please      help preserve the natural environment. 
  • Swimming      is prohibited unless specifically authorized. 
  • Fishing      is permitted only where posted. 
  • Wildlife      shall not be disturbed or fed. 
  • Trees,      shrubs, and natural vegetation shall not be removed or damaged. 

  

20. Drones

  • Recreational      drone use requires prior approval from Management. 
  • Drone      operators must comply with all applicable Transport Canada regulations. 
  • Drones      shall not be flown over occupied RV Sites or in a manner that interferes      with another camper's privacy or enjoyment. 

  

21. Electric Vehicle Charging

  • Electric      vehicles may only be charged from designated charging facilities or with      prior written approval from Management. 
  • Standard      campsite electrical pedestals are not intended for routine EV charging. 

  

22. Seasonal Decorations

  • Seasonal      decorations are encouraged provided they are tasteful and safely      installed. 
  • Decorations      shall not interfere with neighbouring sites, utilities, or roadways. 
  • Holiday      decorations should be removed within a reasonable time following the      applicable holiday. 

  

23. Laundry Facilities

  • Please      remove laundry promptly after each cycle. 
  • Do not      leave laundry unattended for extended periods. 
  • Clean      lint traps after each use where applicable. 
  • Please      report any equipment malfunction. 

  

24. Washrooms

  • Please      leave washrooms cleaner than you found them. 
  • Children      under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Shower      curtains must remain inside the shower to prevent flooding. 
  • Report      plumbing problems immediately. 

  

25. Chicken Coop (Games Room)

  • Please      clean up after yourself. 
  • Return      all games and equipment after use. 
  • Report      damaged equipment. 
  • Children      should be supervised. 
  • Please      leave the Chicken Coop better than you found it. 

  

26. Garbage & Recycling

  • Household      garbage only. 
  • Construction      materials, furniture, appliances, renovation debris, mattresses, tires,      and hazardous waste are prohibited. 
  • Cardboard      should be flattened before disposal. 
  • Improper      disposal may result in cleanup charges in accordance with the Fee      Schedule. 

  

27. Firewood

  • Firewood      shall be stacked neatly. 
  • Firewood      shall not obstruct roads or neighbouring sites. 
  • Do      not transport firewood into the campground from areas subject to pest      restrictions. 

  

28. Campground Events

  • Campground      events are intended to build a positive community atmosphere. 
  • Participation      is encouraged but always voluntary. 
  • Please      treat volunteers and organizers respectfully. 

  

29. Photography & Social Media

  • Please      respect the privacy of other campers. 
  • Do      not intentionally photograph or record others without their permission. 
  • Commercial      photography or filming requires Management approval. 

  

30. Business Activities

  • Operating      a commercial business from an RV Site is prohibited unless approved by      Management. 
  • Door-to-door      sales and solicitation are not permitted. 

  

31. Winter Access

  • Seasonal      RV Sites are closed during the off-season except as authorized by      Management. 
  • Winter      access is restricted and may be suspended due to weather, road conditions,      or emergency access requirements. 
  • Water,      sewer, and other services are not available during the off-season. 

  

32. Communication

  • The      primary methods of communication are email and campground notices. 
  • It      is the Licensee's responsibility to ensure Management has current contact      information. 
  • Licensees      are responsible for reviewing campground notices and communications. 

33. Compliance

  • These      Campground Rules form part of the Whitewood RV Park Seasonal RV Site      Licence Agreement and Whitewood RV Park Terms & Conditions.
  • Failure      to comply with these Campground Rules may constitute an Event of Default      and may result in enforcement action in accordance with the Seasonal RV      Site Licence Agreement and the Whitewood RV Park Terms & Conditions.
  • Management      reserves the right to interpret and apply these Campground Rules      reasonably and consistently in the best interests of the campground      community.

  

36. Being a Good Neighbour

Whitewood RV Park is more than a campground—it's a community.

Please be respectful of your neighbours, lend a hand when you can, keep your campsite looking its best, and help us create the kind of campground where families and friends can make lasting memories.

Treat others as you would like to be treated, and together we'll continue making Whitewood RV Park a place we're all proud to call our summer home.

                                  Additional Fees and Charges

                              SEASONAL SITE RATES 2026

Sites 7 through 14 $3675 + GST

All other Sites $3875 + GST


All Rates are due and payable by April 15, of each season accept by mutual agreement.


OTHER COSTS

Sewer pump out $85.00

Extra Fridge on RV Site, Golf Cart Charging (anything that came with your camper is no extra charge) $75.00

Tent on your site (short term only, 2 adults) per night $25.00

Overnight Site 10% Discount per night

Electric Golf Cart Charging Fee (per season) $75.00


***A deposit of $450.00 for the following season is due by October 1 to guarantee your site for the following season, and is non refundable subject to Appendix “B” 6 to 10. ***
